Juan is a Senior Product Leader with 17 years of experience across banking, fintech, and digital transformation, including 9 years in Product Management leadership roles.

Juan currently works at PostFinance as a Solution Product Owner, where he is responsible for driving the implementation of the digitalization of customer processes. In this role, he leads a product organization consisting of 13 Product Managers and Product Owners and influences a cross-functional setup of around 130 professionals, including Software Engineers and Business Analysts.

Prior to this, Juan gained experience at companies such as Finnova and PwC, working in areas including portfolio management, client advisory, risk management, and core banking systems.
